Dr. Darrell Duffie, Dean Witter Distinguished Chair Professor of Finance from Stanford University, shares his rethinking of financial crisis and replumbing the financial systems; Dr. Avishai Mandlebaum, Benjamin & Florence Free Chair Professor from Technion of Israel, introduces his pioneering research on integrated extensive data analysis into service management; Dr. Brenda Dietrich, IBM Fellow and Vice President, depicts the future of digital world in her talk and emphasized the value of computing analytics; Dr.  ZHANG Yuzhuo, president of China Shenhua Group and also a Tsinghua SEM alumnus, provides thorough analyses on China’s energy plight, based on which he proposes the strategy of “control on total consumption, clean conversion and structural optimization”.
