Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management held a commencement ceremony for the Class of 2026 at the Tsinghua University Comprehensive Gymnasium on June 28, 2026. The graduates and their families and friends attended the ceremony.  

Hu Jia (Jasmine), Citi chair professor in international business and professor of management, jointly appointed by Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management and Schwarzman College, has recently been elected to key leadership positions in two major international management organizations.

The Tsinghua–INSEAD Dual-Degree EMBA (TIEMBA) Program hosted a masterclass and roundtable discussion at DIIS North Bund Urban Lab, the former site of the Lester Institute of Technical Education, in Shanghai on June 13, 2026.

Yang Bin, vice chancellor of the Tsinghua University Council and professor of leadership and organization management at Tsinghua SEM, delivered a speech titled "Organization and Leadership: AI-Powered Transformation." 

The Master of Finance (MoF) program at Tsinghua SEM has retained third place globally for the second consecutive year in the Financial Times' 2026 ranking of Masters in Finance Pre-Experience programs, which was published on June 15, 2026. It is Asia's No. 1 for the sixth straight year.

This year's event, co-sponsored by Tsinghua SEM and Tsinghua University's Contemporary Management, brought together nearly 200 faculty members and students from over 60 universities worldwide.

The paper was co-authored by Professor Jia Ning and Associate Professor Xu Da of Tsinghua SEM, Zhang Yuwen, a PhD student at Tsinghua SEM, and Professor Li Ningzhong of the University of Texas at Dallas.
