As a student of entrepreneurship, I hope to have a more substantial understanding of the changes in China's economy and the start-up experience behind it. This is of great significance to my studies and future plans.
The lectures were impressive and engaging. The in-depth analysis of China-U.S. relations, the historical approach to macroeconomic trends, and the carefully prepared data and knowledge maps were incredibly insightful. One lecture that left a deep impression focused on China-U.S. debt and tariffs, as well as the history and current situation of China's real estate market.
What I enjoyed most this week were the company visits, which covered cutting-edge sectors such as aerospace, healthcare, and consumer goods, and greatly broadened my perspective. During the visit to ZGC Medical Device Park, I was struck by the scale of the industrial cluster and deeply impressed by China’s efficiency and the promising future of its healthcare sector. The visit to Landspace showcased the rapid development of aerospace technology in China and demonstrated that private companies can make significant breakthroughs in this field. Pop Mart’s creativity and surprise behind blind boxes made me excited for the next wave of IP innovation from China.
It was a very interesting journey to experience the different canteens in Tsinghua. I ate in different canteens and floors in a few days, and even voted for my favorites, integrating into the local student community.
