I feel fortunate to have taken part in the STEP program as a student during its 20th anniversary — spending an intense and inspiring week at Tsinghua and another at Stanford. What makes the STEP program truly unique and incredibly rewarding for me is the one-on-one partnership formed between students from our side and Stanford students. During our exchanges, this partnership allowed us to deeply experience each other’s campus life and gain a better understanding of each other’s business environments and social contexts. Naturally, this process also led to the formation of precious friendships. In an era where AI is driving waves of social change, this exchange program, organized by the business schools of the most innovative universities in the most vibrant hubs of technological innovation in both China and the U.S., was an immensely valuable experience!
