◢ Introduction

The Research Center for Internet Development and Governance, School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University was established in 2016 by the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management in response to the national strategy of strengthening the country through the Internet, based on its research in the field of Internet economy and management, talent training advantages and international influence. With the mission of leading the digital transformation of China’s economy with thought, it integrates the world’s top expert resources and makes full use of cutting-edge technologies such as Internet big data, focusing on digital economy, business innovation in the era of global interconnection, digital transformation of China’s economy, and Internet governance, etc., to provide objective reference and suggestions for improving the government’s scientific decision-making level, promoting scientific and commercial innovation and the development of public undertakings, providing intellectual support for related industries and enterprises, and at the same time building a cooperation platform for promoting the development of the digital economy and industrial innovation.
