Educational Background

Yan Liu is the Chair Professor of finance, jointly employed by the finance department of theSchool of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University and Shenshen Institute ofEconomics and Management, Tsinghua University. He earned his doctoral degree in finance from Duke University, his master's degree in statistics from the University of Minnesota, and his bachelor's degree in mathematics from Tsinghua University, He was enrolled in the Chang Jiang Scholars Program (Chair Professor).
