Bio

Run Ren is an Assistant Professor of Management at the College of Business & Economics, Longwood University. She received her Ph.D. from Mays Business School, Texas A&M University. Her research interests include organizational justice & ethics, creativity, human resourcemanagement, and cross-cultural studies. She has published in academic journals including Human Resource Management Review, Journal of Business Ethics, and Basic and Applied Social Psychology.
