This workshop is designed to discuss various topics regarding how to conduct high quality and impactful research in the field of management. Over the past several years, the field has seen some dramatic changes on research criteria and publication standards. Therefore, it is important to reflect on past experience and reconsider research strategies as we move the field forward. In this workshop, we will discuss (1) recent trend in management research, (2) conducting high quality research, (3) publication process, and (4) collaborating with others as a doctoral student.
