Winners of the Tsinghua University Excellent Teaching Awards for 2022 were recently announced, and faculty members from the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management (Tsinghua SEM) were among those recognized. Associate Professor JIANG Peng and Tenured Associate Professor WANG Xueli from the Department of Leadership and Organization Management, along with Assistant Professor WU Xingye from the Department of Economics, were honored with this prestigious award.

JIANG Peng, associate professor, Department of Leadership and Organization Management

JIANG Peng primarily teaches courses such as Business Ethics, Critical Thinking and Moral Reasoning, and Commercial Law. His main research focuses on commercial law, business ethics, social responsibility, the history of business institutions, legal education history, and the history of management education.

WANG Xueli, tenured associate professor, Department of Leadership and Organization Management

WANG Xueli primarily teaches courses such as Management Thinking, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Human Resource Management, and Corporate Culture Development. Her research focuses on Chinese-style enterprise management, strategic human resource management, organizational change, and corporate culture. She has conducted in-depth research on the management practices of Chinese enterprises.

WU Xingye, assistant professor, Department of Economics

WU Xingye primarily teaches courses such as Advanced Microeconomics and Intermediate Microeconomics. His research area is microeconomic theory with a focus on mechanism design and matching theory.
