Admissions Seminar Held for Tsinghua-CUHK MBA Program in Finance

An admission seminar was held at Tsinghua SEM for the Tsinghua-CUHK MBA Program in Finance. This is the last of a series of admission seminars the Program conducts for 2010 recruitment.

The event was co-organized by Tsinghua SEM, Faculty of Business Administration of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), and the21stCentury Business Herald.

Being the first financial MBA program available in the Asia-Pacific region, the collaborative program was initiated in 1999 and began recruiting students in 2000. Its distinctive features and networking resources available from both universities have been attracting top participants over past eleven years.

Guest speakers discussing GDP demands and comprehensive national strength

On the seminar, the audience had the chance to communicate directly with professors from Tsinghua and CUHK. Professor BAI Chong-en, Associate Dean of SEM, delivered a speech at the seminar. Professor ZHU Yujie of SEM and Professor HE Jia of CUHK, Director of the Tsinghua-CUHK MBA Program in Finance, had a Q&A session with the audience about the application process.

An international capital forum was also held at the event. Guest speakers from economics, finance and policy-making areas shared their opinions on the theme “GDP Demands and Comprehensive National Strength” with prospective students.
