Professor JIN Yongjun from Tsinghua SEM Economic Law Teaching and Research Group illustrated the development and teaching process of China Dongxiang Group Co., Ltd.: the Red Chips IPO Case. Teachers from different institutions made presentations on various cases including the Thumb Interactive Technology Corporation Case, Neusoft: Puzzles of International Mergers and Acquisitions Cases, Marketing Management Case Teaching Practice and Experience, Conflict and Solution of the Japanese-funded Enterprises in China: Kawamura Electronics (China) Co., Ltd. and discussed relative teaching issues.
