Professor QIAN shared her own experience on corporate social responsibility research and practice, and also encouraged the participants to produce innovative and strategic CSR solutions. Next, three well-known CSR consulting firms conducted training on CSR from different perspectives. Syntao Co., Ltd’s training focused on introducing the current trend and development of corporate social responsibility in China. BSR China gave a detailed explanation of CSR strategic analysis tools supplemented with exercises. Ruder Finn Asia, a leading PR firm shared on more specific application tactics of effective communication and public presentation. The training received positive feedbacks from the participants, who commented that the professional training enhanced their CSR awareness and confidence for preparing a practical strategic solution.
