Ms. Li Jianqing took the podium first. She said that P&G is an internationalized and open-style company, which turns out to be an indispensable partner of our daily life. It is due to the close collaboration between the associated colleagues of P&G and Tsinghua SEM that this project was brought about. She introduced the time-honored history of the Tsinghua University and the profile of Tsinghua SEM to P&G students. She also highlighted that all the teachers of this course boast of profound learning, special accomplishments and proven academic foundation. She hoped that the students could actively communicate and exchange knowledge with teachers, and discuss the difficulties encountered in their daily work. She said, “The four seasons of the year have been circulating in turn. Now in this special winter, I wish everyone to work hard and prepare for a better harvest next year.”
